Promethean Projects is an agile young consultancy borne out of the need to provide clients with the skilled and experienced personnel required to bid, win and deliver infrastructure projects without the burden of holding resources within the business overhead.
Drawing its name from the Greek Titan Prometheus (meaning forethought), Promethean Projects is characterised by the delivery of Precontracts and Project Delivery Services that are defined by three simple, yet powerful words: Innovate, Originate and Create.

Who Does It
Director, Justin Simonis, has in excess of 16 years’ experience in the water and wastewater infrastructure industry across Australia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and South East Asia with organisations such as Veolia, Xylem and Lendlease (formerly Abigroup).
He has the ability to seamlessly integrate with teams having successfully delivered bids and projects for local and state government owned corporations in joint venture and subcontract arrangements with construction partners including John Holland, UGL, Clough and McConnell Dowell and design partners including GHD, Arup, Advisian (WorleyParsons), SMEC and KBR.
Justin is particularly focussed on the benefits that can be achieved through the development of a deep sense of team, a strong emphasis on safety and an underlying commitment to time / cost and quality. Through these, he has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to identify and resolve the root cause of significant defect issues and reach commercial settlements on behalf of clients with respective subcontractors and suppliers.
